1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits

5 Withdrawals

jawa9 processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within 10 minutes under standard operating conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

To submit a withdrawal request on jawa9, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held until verification is finalised. jawa9 recommends completing account verification before your first withdrawal to avoid delays.

• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• jawa9 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

• jawa9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jawa9 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jawa9 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
